Preschool Program

In the preschool we support creativity, singing, discussion, observation, movement, reading, and play.  Our space allows for a variety of developmentally appropriate experiences in which children can learn and thrive.

Daily activities may include:

  • Independence skill building: pouring own water, dressing, setting up nap mats and opening and closing containers

  • Fine motor development: Legos, cutting

  • Social development: sharing during group play, using manners during family style snacks

  • Sorting: jewels, colored blocks, beans

  • Reading: with peers, adults, alone and in groups

  • Peer relationship development through dramatic play

  • Circle time: counting, concept development, graphing, singing and dancing

  • Painting, drawing and creating
